There are several medicines and treatments available for curing adult acne. However, most of them fail to remove the acne marks from the skin. Moreover, not all skincare products are good for all types of skin. There is no any magical cure till date which can control acne. However, you can get rid of this problem by doing the following:

Try to be always happy and relax

Researchers have found that stress is one of the major factors for acne flare-ups. According to many skin experts, stress can flare-up acne by increasing the release of cortisol, a hormone which is responsible for the production of pore clogging oils in the body. Reducing the stress level will control cortisol and allow your skin to rejuvenate. You can control the stress level by taking eight hours sleeps. Yoga and exercise can also be beneficial in de-stressing the body.

Clean your face with a gentle cleanser

There are several cleansers available in the market. You should consult with a skin expert or experienced pharmacist and see what they recommend. Make sure the cleanser you are going to use suites your skins and do not strip the necessary moisture as it can provide a very negative impact on your skin.

Avoid squeezing the pimples

Avoid picking and squeezing at the pimples as it can make the situation even worse. When an acne breakout occurs, you should immediately consult with an experienced and specialized dermatologists or skin experts to get the right treatment at the initial stage.

Keep the skin moisturized using noncomedogenic cream

A Noncomedogenic cream moisturizes your skin without clogging the pores. If you are using some other moisturizer, make sure that it contains ingredients like niacinamide and ceramides, which retain moisture and calm the skin.

Wash your face every night before going to sleep

Dirt and dust are also responsible for the acne breakout. It is, therefore, advised to wash your face every night, even when you do wear any make-up. This will not only remove the dust particles from the skin but also unclog the pores.
