Yes, off course you do. And probably you have done so many things to gain that rock-solid body. I know because I have been there too. So, I know what you feel.

I am also a hard gainers and I don’t know why it is just hard for me to gain any muscle mass. There are no supplements that can help me to gain even a small muscle mass.

Consume calories more than what you burn

You have to eat calories more than what you burn each day. When you training at the gym you are burning calories and if you consume calorie more than you burn you will naturally gain weight.

But not just any calorie, I’m talking about consuming nutrients that will help you to build muscle. This means not eating junk food, and any deep fried food.

Get high quality nutrients from fish, baked potatoes, fruits, vegetables. Those are good source for protein, fat, and carbohydrate.

But do not eat three big meals a day, but separate it into 6-7 meals a day. By doing this, you will prevent the calories turned into fat by your body.

Do compound exercise

Compound exercise means you do the exercise that train more than one muscle at the same time. Example of compound exercise is: bench press and pull-ups.

Doing compound exercise will make more than one muscle grow at the same time and this is a good thing. And one more thing always prioritize the quality of the movements over the quantity of repetition.
