Try massaging the affected areas with a paddle brush. The bristles of the brush can loosen up pores and can help flush out harmful toxins. This can even enhance circulation in those key areas.
2. Another form of detoxification is the use of banana leaf. Cut one leaf of banana and cut it into big squares. You are going to use the squares to wrap around your skin. Many countries in Asia use this treatment to heal sores and muscles. This can also help improve blood circulation. Good circulation is what you need to break down fats.
Apply olive oil or coconut oil on one side of the banana leaf.
